Senator Argall Announces Offices in Pottsville and Hamburg will Temporarily Close

HARRISBURG – In accordance with Department of Health recommendations to combat the coronavirus outbreak, Senator David G. Argall will be closing his district offices in Pottsville and Hamburg as well as his Harrisburg office.  This decision was made to help protect the health and safety of local residents and staff members.  They will be closed starting tomorrow, Monday March 16th and will remain closed until further notice.  If you have any state government related issues or concerns, his Mahanoy City office will remain open for the time being.  Calls can be directed to 1-877-327-4255, and more information can be found on Senator Argall’s website.

The 2019 novel COVID-19 coronavirus is a new virus that causes respiratory illness in people and can spread from person-to-person. This virus was first identified during an investigation into an outbreak in Wuhan, China.  Symptoms can include fever, cough and shortness of breath.  The symptoms may appear in as few as two days or as long as 14 days after exposure. Reported illnesses have ranged from people with little to no symptoms to people being severely ill and dying.
