SENATE BILL 1 – Lowering the Voting Age Act (Aging & Youth)
This Act lowers the legal voting age from 18 to 16 years of age.
SENATE BILL 2 – Artificial Intelligence Ban in K-12 (Communications & Technology)
This Act prohibits schools from using AI for teaching, grading, testing, or creating lessons. Students may not use AI to do homework, projects, or tests. Teachers and staff may not use AI to grade work or write materials for students.
SENATE BILL 3 – Universal Free School Meals (Education)
This Act shall require schools to serve meals that meet USDA nutritional standards. No student shall be charged, and no meal debt shall be created.
SENATE BILL 4 – Clean Streams Fund (Environmental Resources & Energy)
This bill will establish the Clean Streams Fund to clean up damaged rivers and streams
SENATE BILL 5 – Required Drivers Screenings Over 70 Act (Aging & Youth)
This Act requires Pennsylvania drivers over the age of 70 to undergo annual eye screening and cognitive testing of traffic signs.
SENATE BILL 6 – Ban Tik Tok Act (Communications & Technology)
An Act banning TikTok from usage in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
SENATE BILL 7 – No Classroom Electronics Act (Education)
This Act prohibits students in any classroom during school hours to use any electronic device.
SENATE BILL 8 – PFAS Prevention Act (Environmental Resources & Energy)
This bill will prevent the use of PFAS chemicals in AstroTurf athletic fields at the high school, college and professional level.
