Argall to Hold Telephone Town Hall for Berks County Residents to Review Redistricting and Other State Issues

HAMBURG – Senator David G. Argall (R-Berks/Schuylkill) will host a telephone town hall for Berks County residents focusing on redistricting, school property tax elimination, election integrity, and other state issues.

“These events, which I have hosted frequently in the past, allow people to participate safely from their own home,” Senator Argall said. “We will begin the meeting by asking for people’s opinions regarding our ongoing congressional and state legislative redistricting, and then move on to other important issues.”

As Chair of the Senate State Government Committee, Senator Argall has held several public hearings to review congressional redistricting with stakeholders and citizen groups and is now preparing a new congressional district map for the Senate’s upcoming voting calendar.

This one-hour telephone town hall will take place on Tuesday, October 26 at 6:00 P.M. Berks County residents can sign up to receive a call or live-stream the event live at www.senatorargall.com/access-live.
