Argall to Attend Chamber "Coffee Talk"

POTTSVILLE – State Senator David G. Argall (R-29) will attend a "Coffee Talk with Our Legislators," hosted by the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.

The event will be held on Friday, February 26, 2010, 7:45 A.M. at Penn State Schuylkill Campus, Health & Wellness Center.

Argall, who serves on the Senate Appropriations Committee, will discuss three weeks of on-going budget hearings with department executives and the impact of the FY 2010-2011 state budget.

"In the midst of this terrible recession, we need to pursue our most basic principle of controlling state spending in order to avoid unnecessary tax increases. "I am pleased to take part in such a worthwhile discussion," Argall said.
