October 27, 2009 - Senator Argall was recently
honored to serve as the Grand Marshall for the Tamaqua Lions Club
Halloween Parade. Here, he is seen tossing a dog bone to a canine
constituent while accompanied by his wife Beth and their
two-year-old Kerry Blue Terrier, Maggie. Maggie’s "devil eyes," as
captured in the photo, are an accurate assessment of her
personality, according to the Senator. 2008 Tamaqua High graduate
Kyle Hoppes is the owner and operator of Crystal View Carriage
Services, also seen in the photo.

October 23, 2009 - Senator Argall recently hosted a forum on
energy consumption and management programs at the Blue Mountain Middle School,
Orwigsburg. The forum offered school districts ideas for lowering energy costs
for taxpayers by sharing best management practices.

blight. On October 5, at the request of Mayor Tkach, Senator Argall
visited several blighted sites in New Philadelphia to review the
options to improve the neighborhood. |
