MAHANOY CITY – An online contest will determine the best images taken by local photographers in Berks and Schuylkill counties this year, according to Senator David G. Argall (R-Schuylkill/Berks).
Argall’s first-ever photo contest is designed to showcase the beautiful landscapes, nature and structures throughout Berks and Schuylkill counties.
“With over 120 images from dozens of local residents, we have a lot of talented photographers in the 29th Senatorial District,” Argall said. “I need the community’s help in selecting the top 12 photos for my 2017 calendar.”
Photos are divided into four categories based on the four seasons. The winning photos will be included in a 2017 calendar that will be available at Argall’s district offices.
Voters can cast one vote per device per category. Voting is open now through Sunday, November 13.
