HARRISBURG – Senator David G. Argall (R-Schuylkill/Berks) is inviting local residents to share their most scenic photos in the 29th Senatorial District.
The first-ever photo contest is designed to showcase the beautiful landscapes, nature and structures throughout Berks and Schuylkill counties. The winning photos, which will be selected by voters in an online contest, will be included in a 2017 calendar that will be available at Argall’s district offices.
Photographers of all levels of experience are encouraged to participate in the contest. Participants can submit up to five photos in each of four categories: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Photos must be taken by residents of the 29th Senatorial District within the boundaries of the 29th Senatorial District.
The contest will remain open for submissions until Friday, October 7. Voting will take place from Friday, October 14 through Sunday, November 13.
