Members of the Senate Majority Policy Committee and Democratic Policy Committee will hold a joint hearing to examine Senate Bill 282, legislation that would establish a Waterfront Development Tax Credit to encourage private investment in waterfront property, spur economic development, and promote environmental improvements and public recreational opportunities.
