HARRISBURG – Senator David G. Argall (R-29) released the following statement regarding the upcoming departure of Department of Public Welfare Secretary Gary Alexander:
“Secretary Alexander fought for sensible and meaningful reforms to protect tax dollars. His efforts to pilot a program to drug test applicants and recipients who have a drug-related felony conviction were very important, in Schuylkill County and across Pennsylvania. I wish the Secretary the best of luck in his future endeavors.”
